D\u00e8s que l\u2019eau s\u2019est \u00e9vapor\u00e9e. Mettre les morilles (si ce sont des morilles s\u00e9ch\u00e9es les faire tremper de la vieille et garder l\u2019eau de trempage avec le bouillon). Mettre les asperges coup\u00e9es en rondelles&nbsp;10mn avant la fin de la cuisson.
